Operation & Maintenance Projects, We have in the past and continue to enter into agreements in relation to operation and maintenance (“O&M”).

We carry out the maintenance of the projects inter alia lightning, electrical, barrier related work pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

Further, under these agreements, road maintenance, road property management and incident management are the primary obligations. There are certain protocols, technical standards, inspection and safety standards to be adhered to during the course of the O&M period. We have been engaged as an O&M contractor to undertake O&M activities thereby assuming the responsibility for asset operation and management.
