Construction of the 4-laning of NH-139W from Sahebganj to Bettiah, covering 78.942 km in Bihar, under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The project was awarded on 11 February 2026, and financial close has been achieved. The project is currently under progress, with construction activities underway.
