The six-laning of the Panipat-Jalandhar section of NH-1, from Km 96 to Km 387.1 in the states of Haryana and Punjab, was executed as a BOT (Toll) project under the DBFO pattern as part of NHDP Phase V. The repair and maintenance activities were focused between Km 212 and Km 387.1 in the Punjab section, ensuring the road remains in optimal condition.
