The 4/6 laning of the Kharar to Ludhiana section of National Highway 95 (now New NH-05), spanning from Kharar at Km 10+185 to Samrala Chowk, Ludhiana at Km 86+199, is a major infrastructure initiative. This project aims to enhance road connectivity, improve safety, and foster economic growth in Punjab.
