AGM (Techno-Commercial)
Key Responsibilities Area’s:
- Lead techno-commercial evaluation of projects, including BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and bid support.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, and closure.
- Ensure effective back-to-back subcontract management aligned with main contract terms from a technical perspective.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks, including claims and variations.
- Monitor project costs, billing, and cash flow, ensuring profitability and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and commercial efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil
- 10-15 Years of experience
