In July 2002, we embarked on a remarkable journey as Ceigall India Limited. After two decades, 34+ completed projects and 19+ specialized ongoing projects, our resilience and innovation have solidified our leadership in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector. Our commitment to elevating India’s infrastructure to world-class standards remains at the core of everything we do.
From our humble beginnings with road projects for the Punjab Public Works Department in Ludhiana to becoming one of India’s fastest-growing EPC players across 11 states, our journey has been marked by consistent progress and expansion. Today, we are recognized not only for our efficient project execution and adherence to superior quality standards but also as a trusted partner, consistently completing projects on or ahead of schedule.
Our expertise in complex infrastructure solutions, including elevated roads, flyovers, bridges, Rail Over Bridges (ROBs), tunnels and more, has set new benchmarks in the development of critical infrastructure nationwide. We were incorporated as Ceigall Builder Private Limited.

2008
We executed our first road project awarded by the Punjab Public Works Department in Ludhiana, with an aggregate project cost of ₹62.94 million for 20.42 lane km.

Projects were awarded by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority.
2014

We were awarded the first four-lane highway EPC project from NHAI.

Awarded 5 EPC projects from NHAI.
Awarded an overlay project by MORTH1 and delivered ahead of the expected completion date.

Awarded Karatarpur Sahib Corridor project connecting the Indo-Pak border and successfully finished before the deadline.

Awarded the first tunnel construction project by NHAI in Jammu & Kashmir.

Allocated a contract for the construction of a 16.85 kilometre elevated highway under the stress asset model.

Accomplished the first HAM project, the Malout-Abohar Project, ahead of its scheduled time.

Acquired a 50% stake in RK Infra to optimize project execution and improve bidding credentials.
Secured the first metro project in Kanpur and Agra.
Ceigall India Ltd was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 8, 2024.

Leadership Team
Chairman cum Managing Director
Ramneek Sehgal serves as the Managing Director and one of the key promoters of Ceigall. He has been with the company since its inception, driving its expansion, profitability, and innovation. His responsibilities include preparing and executing business plans, overseeing cost-effective operations, and spearheading market development initiatives. Ramneek holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
Whole-Time Director
Dr. Sudhir Rao Hoshing, aged 61 years, holds Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Management Graduate- ICFAI (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India) and Ph.D from Oxford College of International Studies, and has nearly 40 years rich experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in highways and airports. He has held various leadership positions across some of India’s most prominent infrastructure companies viz. IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, IRB Infrastructure Ltd, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (Road Business), GMR Group, Punj Lloyd, and Oriental Structures. He holds Life Membership of Indian Road Congress (IRC) and International Road Federation (IRF) and also holds Membership with PHD Infrastructure Committee, FICCI Infrastructure Committee and CII North Infrastructure Committee.
Whole-Time Director
Chitwon Wason serves as the Whole-time Director of our company and has been associated with us since February 4, 2025. He is a proficient construction business leader with over 20 years of managerial experience in managing the construction and infrastructure business for prestigious projects across power, water, tunneling, highways, MRTS, process plants, buildings, and airports. He has hands-on experience in business promotion, client relationships, joint venture associations, project liaisoning with multiple construction agencies, and urban infrastructure development. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Manav Rachna Institute (CITM College), Faridabad.
Independent Director
Anisha Motwani is an Independent Director of our company and has been associated with us since February 10, 2024. Before joining us, Anisha gained extensive experience with Max Life Insurance, DDB Mudra Private Limited, Tara Sinha McCann Erickson Private Limited, Euro RSCG Advertising Private Limited, and General Motors India Private Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan.

Arun Goyal serves as an Independent Director of our company and has been affiliated with us since March 1, 2021. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining us, Arun was associated with the Trident Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

Vishal Anand serves as an Independent Director of our company and has been associated with us since October 26, 2021. Before joining us, Vishal was associated with Anand Autocare Private Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in Arts from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management from Infinity Business School.

Gurpreet Kaur serves as an Independent Director of our company and has been associated with us since October 26, 2021. Before joining us, Gurpreet dedicated 33 years to Satish Chander Dhawan Government College for Girls in Ludhiana, Punjab. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Commerce and Management Studies from Himachal Pradesh University.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. A. Saravanan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of our Company and has been associated with us since February 2026. Before joining us, He gained nearly 32 years of rich experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in EPC Highways Projects from NHAI, MoRTH, and World Bank funded projects. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Chief Financial Officer
Kapil Aggarwal, serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has been associated with us Since December 2022. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Before joining us, he worked with reputed organizations across diverse sectors, including the Adidas Group and E5 Infrastructure where he gained strong expertise in finance, accounting and strategic financial management.
Company Secretary
Megha Kainth, serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and has been associated with us since October 2024. She is Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Before joining us, she worked with Jaypee Group for approx. 20 years and gained strong experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and secretarial practices.
