General Manager (Execution -Energy)

Key Responsibilities Area’s:

Lead project coordination for multiple solar EPC projects from corporate office.
Monitor project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like Primavera / MS Project.
Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables across sites.
Drive stakeholder management with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to project Timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports.
Support risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless
execution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations (HSE), and statutory requirements.
Assist in contract management, change orders, and claims management.
Optimize project coordinator processes and SOPs for operational efficiency
